Cash on delivery is the store’s payment option. No card or bank information is collected. Orders are received as requests pending confirmation of delivery availability, charges and your final total. Nothing is dispatched until these details are agreed.
How does cash on delivery work?+
Submit your order request with your delivery details. KAYA will contact you to confirm availability, delivery charges and the final total before dispatch. Pay the courier when your confirmed order arrives.
What are the delivery charges and areas?+
Delivery availability, charges and estimated timing are confirmed for your address by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. The product subtotal does not include delivery. Your request will stay pending until you agree to the final total.
Can I return a product?+
